- Episode 19: Prozen's Conspiracy

Summary

             

 Now that Emperor Zeppelin II has passed on, little stands between Regent Prozen and the imperial throne. Only its young emperor, who he's allegedly supporting. He devises a scheme to have Rudolph assassinated by 'rebels', but his plans are thwarted when the remnants of the Desert Arcobaleno Gang kidnap the child instead, intending to sell him back for a ransom.
