- Episode 22: Farewell To A Friend

Summary

             

 The threat of the Geno Saurer is still present on everyone's minds, including Rudolph, who is finding more and more destroyed Zoids that've been shot down to further instigate the conspiracy. He decides that he wants to learn to pilot a Zoid, and begs Bang to teach him, so that no more people have to get hurt in his name. However, it isn't long before Raven shows up once again, and this time, Bang doesn't try to escape. He stays and fights, to everyone's horror.

  • The Redler unit is noted as the 7th Air Wing patrol.

  • Dr. D recognizes the ancient imagery of the Death Saurer from Garil, explaining that it was a legendary Zoid from ancient times and was said to be able to destroy a platoon of 1,000 Zoids and wipe out an entire nation in just one night.

  • Dr. D warns that once the Zoid Core is destroyed, a Zoid can never recover. Sure enough, the Geno Saurer destroys the Shield Liger's Zoid Core.
