- Notable Facts

  • The location at the beginning is the security detachment.

  • The gatling guns used by the Blade Liger are strong enough to mow down large trees.

  • Fine's able to use the Blade Liger's sensors to analyze the tracks and identify them as Helcat tracks.

  • The Helcat is capable of using stealth, minimizing its own heat signature, and even erasing some of its own tracks.

  • BEEK is able to analyze environmental factors and identify elements that may be unnatural, such as disturbances in the moss on a river bed and surrounding area, allowing it to identify tracks even where they shouldn't have been left behind. It can also recognize the acoustic patterns of Zoids, which allows it to detect the location of enemy Zoids even if they're using stealth.

  • The ruins included carvings of the Death Saurer surrounded by two scorpion Zoids.

  • The concept art of the Japanese DVDs for the large pod found in the ruins is labeled as a pod for Deathpion, which is actually a Zoid that never appeared in the anime series. It's generally assumed that this is intended as a shout out or typical unrelated pun name for the ancient scorpions, and not actually intended to be the real Zoid Deathpion, but we may never know for sure.

  • - Deleted Scenes From Episode 39

Comments: A lot of gun scenes but also some Zoid shots. The Helcats running around the fallen trees is pretty cool.
