The 40th Troopers of Horizon Zoids were released as exclusive kits sold at the Big Zoids Expo 2023, an event commemorating the 40th anniversary of Zoids. They sported a unified color scheme, with Rising Liger serving as the distinct commander. The kits were later sold through limited online shops as well.

2023 marks the 40th anniversary of the birth of Zoids.
These limited edition Zoids are being released to commemorate the Big Zoids Expo.
An elite unit spec. formed after the Great War of Zoids Wild Zero.

This is one of the three Zoids released to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Zoids.
The setting takes place in the world after the Zero Grizis was sealed away. Introducing Dimepulsar, skilled in electronic warfare, and an active member of the special unit "40 TROOPERS OF HORIZON" (commonly referred to as the 40th), which was formed by gathering elite members!

When you turn on the switch it opens and closes its jaws and starts moving forward while swinging its tail. When the Specter Fin is manually opened, it goes into Wild Blast mode and continues moving while the fins move in alternating motions.
